This hotel was a great find in many ways. Firstly, the location is superb. It's easy to find without having to go through the city centre and has very easy, free on-street parking around the hotel and on the petrol station forecourt across the road. The hotel also has its own parking for 11 euros per night. It's an easy walk across the bridge and then a slight uphill to the old town, or there is a park walk alongside the river. The photos show the route. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming - nothing is too much trouble and they even left a couple of small bottles of cava on ice in our room, together with champagne glasses as it was my husband's birthday the day we arrived. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very quiet. Our room was big and light, with two big windows and a large terrace with table and chairs, and a lovely view of the cathedral. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the aircon was fab, as was the shower. There are a couple of bars/restaurants near to the hotel although they didn't seem to be open on the nights we were there. However, it's such a nice walk into town that we probably wouldn't have eaten there anyway. The main square in Salamanca is "electric" at night! And one bar/restaurant in the square that you must go to is Nero. Have the Huevos rotos con gambas al ajillo. I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will have no hesitation in booking again if we're in Salamanca.

Starting from the reception, we felt very welcome in this beautiful comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the receptionist offered us a map of the old town and gave us valuable pieces of advice about what to see and where to eat. We had to leave early the next morning, so an early breakfast was arranged for us. And then, when we arrived at our next destination the next day, we found out that we had left some of our clothes in the room. We contacted the hotel, and they advised us of a delivery company in Salamanca and packed our parcel to hand it to the delivery agent. We texted them through the Booking.com App, and their answers were prompt and to the point. We appreciate their concern and assistance very much. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view of the Roman Bridge and the old city.

Located just the other side of the Roman Bridge. Really easy to walk in to town, less than 15 mins to the main centre of the Salamanca and other attractions. Had booked the hotel parking but the receptionist recommended parking in the space beside the petrol station across the road for free which worked out really well for us. Driving in Salamanca looked horrendous due to the very small streets. Parking outside and walking in was definitely a great solution. Didn't realise there was a swimming pool available, never tried it but a nice bonus. Room was very spacious with a lovely view across Salamanca from the private terrace. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice too, including a hot selection

Good hotel. Nice desk and professional. Very straightforward. met expectations. But the location is probably the best in the city in my opinion. Practically right across the street from the foot bridge to the old city. If you can walk 10 minutes I think it is better than staying in the center because the views from across the river and the walk across the river are spectacular, and you won't see that if you stay in center. The steakhouse around the corner is great and serves huge steaks on the bone that you can share with a group. Good pizza too.

The location of this hotel was excellent - very close to the historic center and the Roman bridge The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was ready even though we arrived a little ahead of time. We wanted to have some hot tea and the receptionist quickly made a pot of hot water. We parked our car in the street very close to the hotel. Our room was good in size and furniture. It was quiet. The beds were comfortable. and clean. The breakfast was superb. Elevators helped to move our luggage.
